FastCare 5 Inspection Steps to ensure high quality goods to our customers

1)     Raw Material Inspection:

This process is transacting at the beginning of the raw material arrive at our factory.

Good raw material is the primary factor to ensure the high quality goods manufactured.

2)     Initial Production Inspection:

This inspection is transacting at the beginning of the production and is based on the customer's requirement, reference sample and components. Good preparation can manufacture correct goods.

3)     During Production Inspection:

This inspection is transacting when at least 15% Semi-Manufactured Goods has been completed to ensure that workmanship, specification, size are correct.

4)     Pre Shipment Inspection:

This inspection is transacting when at least 80% Finished Product has been completed to ensure that the finished products are in accordance with the customers’ order, specifications, requirements, workmanship.

5)     Container Loading Inspection:

This inspection is transacting in our factory warehouse to ensure the production quality, quantity, shipping carton good loading.
